- Installation of the Spinoco Application for our clients.
- Provide our clients with all-around technical support, communicate with them and resolve their requirements efficiently and proactively.

What we expect
While we are more interested in your enthusiasm and motivation than your formal credentials, there is a couple of skills that would come in useful for you in this role:
- Experience with the administration of operating systems or computer networks.
- Basic knowledge of network elements and telecommunication solutions (VoIP).
- Practical understanding and analysis of applications’ logs.
